You must be at least 21 years old and a Philippine resident to open a 17jll account. One account per person — duplicate registrations will be closed and balances forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions govern every account, bet, deposit, and withdrawal made on 17jll. Please read them fully before you register — by creating an account, you agree to everything set out below.

All transactions are in Philippine pesos (₱). You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited on 17jll.
All bets placed on 17jll are final once confirmed. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. Bets placed on events that have already started may be voided at our discretion.
Each bonus offered by 17jll carries specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Bonus funds and free bets cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are satisfied in full.
17jll provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Players showing signs of problem gambling may be restricted or excluded to protect their wellbeing.
17jll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be involved in fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse. Balances from prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one active account on 17jll. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, or device — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current Philippine address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.
17jll operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point at our discretion, we may ask you to provide:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being requested will result in your account being restricted to read-only status until the documents are provided and accepted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 17jll account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share access to your account with any other person under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 17jll support immediately by emailing support@17jll.com. 17jll will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
All deposits on 17jll are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may be subject to additional verification.
Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards may also be accepted subject to issuer approval.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other people are strictly prohibited. 17jll reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
17jll does not charge a deposit fee from our side, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Please check with your bank, GCash, or Maya before depositing.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals cannot exceed your available real-money balance at the time of the request.
Standard processing times on 17jll are as follows, measured from the time your request is approved by our finance team:
First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing begins. Subsequent withdrawals on a verified account are processed automatically for amounts within your standard limit. Requests above a threshold set by 17jll at our discretion may require additional manual review.
17jll reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to believe the funds are connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All bets placed on 17jll are final and binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for checking that the event name, market, selection, stake amount, and decimal odds are correct before confirming any bet.
17jll applies the following general betting rules across all sports and esports markets:
Live (in-play) betting markets on 17jll are available for selected sports and esports events. Odds update in real time and may be suspended at any point due to game developments, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions.
Bets submitted during a live market suspension will not be accepted. If a live bet submission is delayed and odds change before it is processed, 17jll will either process the bet at the updated price, reject the bet, or notify you that the price has changed, depending on the price-change tolerance setting you have selected in your account preferences.
Live bets are subject to the same general betting rules in Section 7 above, plus any additional live-specific rules displayed within the live betting interface on 17jll.
From time to time, 17jll offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 17jll platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of 17jll.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 17jll is not liable to you for:

17jll may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page with a revised effective date and, for material changes, send a notification to your registered email address or display a notice when you next log in.
Your continued use of the 17jll platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request a withdrawal of your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 17jll recommends reviewing the Terms at least once per quarter.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes concerning your 17jll account, bets, deposits, or withdrawals, shall first be submitted to the 17jll customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent court. You agree to exhaust the internal resolution process before pursuing any external action.

Your real-money balance on 17jll is yours. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to KYC verification and the standard processing times set out in Section 6 of these Terms.
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly or your account was treated unfairly, you have the right to submit a formal dispute. 17jll commits to responding to all disputes within 5 business days.
